SBR Contests is provided for your non-commercial entertainment and enjoyment. Under the TOS, you may download certain content and services available on the website to a single personal computing device for your use and entertainment. However, you may not distribute, modify, republish, or publicly display any of the content or services unless you have the prior written permission of SBR, which permission may be withheld at SBR’s sole discretion.

- EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS

- AGE REQUIREMENTS
Users of this website must be at least 18 years old to register, participate and/or claim any prizes at SBRcontests.com, its contest sponsors, or any other sites within the SBR network. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use the website and are strongly urged to exit SBRcontests.com immediately. SBR reserves the right to request specific documents in conjunction with the verification of users’ ages. SBR further reserves the right to terminate and/or block, at will, any user accounts suspected of being in violation of the above age requirements.
- PRIVACY POLICY
SBR is committed to protecting the privacy of all users who interact with any of SBR’s websites, content or services. All information collected about you during registration for use of SBR’s websites, services or content will be used in accordance with SBR’s Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. Users of SBRcontests.com, SBRforum.com and any other SBR websites agree to the publishing of their fictional usernames (provided by the user at registration) in conjunction with the display of prize winner lists across the SBR network.
Users of SBRcontests.com, SBRforum.com and any other SBR websites further agree that SBR may, in the course of verifying contest eligibility and/or the awarding of prizes, share certain user information with participating contest sponsors solely for these purposes.
With respect to security, SBR maintains appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

- MEMBER PASSWORD & SECURITY
Visitors to the website will receive a password upon completing the registration process for use of the services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password. SBR cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

• Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
• Interfere with or disrupt any websites, services, content, servers or networks connected to SBR, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the SBR’s websites, services and/or content;
• Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

- INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SBR, its directors, governors, owners, other officials, partners, partnerships, principals, employees, affiliates and other related entities, servants, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the websites or services, your connection to the website or services, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

SBR reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any or all of its websites or services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
- TERMINATION
You agree that SBR, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password or use of any SBR websites or services, and remove and discard any user-generated content within its services, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if SBR believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this TOS. SBR may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing its websites or services, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that SBR shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers or sponsors on the websites or in connection with the content and services. All business dealings with advertisers and sponsors appearing on any SBR websites, including but not limited to SBRcontests.com, shall be conducted solely at your own risk.

You further acknowledge and agree that SBR shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Content contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the SBR’s websites, services and content is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. - GENERAL PROVISIONS
This TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and SBR and governs your use of any and all SBR websites, services, and content, superseding any prior agreements between you and SBR. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, advertisers, sponsors, third-party content or third-party software. The TOS and the relationship between you and SBR shall be governed by the laws of Costa Rica without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and SBR agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the country of Costa Rica. The failure of SBR to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or the TOS must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in the TOS are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. The laws and courts of Costa Rica govern any dispute arising out of the use of the web site.
